Unless we observe certain issues — including but not limited to suspected payment fraud or other payment discrepancies — that would result in cancellation of your order without prior notice, you may request to cancel your order if your system has not yet shipped.
If your order has already shipped, you'll need to submit your request as a return/refund instead. Please note that in the case of returns, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for the built system.
Upon the system's arrival at your address, please leave it in its original packaging and contact one of our support agents to help you obtain a return label and next steps for the return. Any damage incurred to the PC from not returning it in its original packaging, or other mishandling, may result in additional fees.
