Customer-requested upgrades after a build is complete are not guaranteed and, where completed free of charge, may or may not be possible depending on stock levels or feasibility.
FG Gaming, Inc. will work with any customer who believes their PC has incorrect or missing parts, and agrees to replace any part deemed missing or inaccurate, at our sole discretion, within 14 days of delivery. FG Gaming, Inc. is not responsible for additional payments or damage claims outside of replacing parts requested/deemed missing. You agree that FG Gaming, Inc., its directors, officers, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content, or use of this site or any products we sell, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind.
FG Gaming, Inc. is not responsible for delivery once a product has shipped. At that point the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is delivered correctly and in proper condition. If a product arrives defective or does not arrive, the customer must notify us in writing within 14 days of shipment.
